Who are we?
Our founder, Stephen is, and always has been a passionate fan of the ocean. When he first came to Ghana in 1987 he fell in love with its beautiful pristine clean beaches. He came back in 2021 having lived in several other countries on the continent but was devastated to see the appalling pollution of both the beaches and the water.
Having discovered the worst culprit was plastic sachets from water (Ghana throws away a staggering 20 billion every year) he decided to develop a viable, affordable alternative to
sachet water. The key was producing bottle quality water at less than sachet price. The solution was having larger, commercial contracts with high volumes which makes it possible
to deliver the small volumes to individuals in our unique, reusable bottles with the built in tap. PAWS Purity launched in Accra in 2024 and is now growing rapidly making a difference every day!
